Launcher Unable to Update to v2.0.3.1

Tested on Windows 10 (x64). No antivirus present. No third-party (non-windows) firewall present. Tested with Celeste Launcher v2.0.3.0. When attempting to update to v2.0.3.1, it errors with the message "Download Failed!". This has been reported by many users now. @Wartai has also tested it, and had the same results.


Edit: This should be fixed in version 2.0.3.2 now. Though you will have to manually update using the v2.0.3.2 .zip file.

I did a fresh install of the game, using the installer, on same computer I am playing from, and installed Launcher 2.0.2.0 and tried to update the launcher to latest and fails.
I also tried it with launcher 2.0.3.0 with same results
Updating the game works fine, just not the launcher update..

I have same issues. Even with new version. It says "Failed to download".
 
This worked for me. the updater has not worked for me in like 2 months, but the game worked and always asked me to update and I would ignore, and occasionally it would say files are corrupt and game scan would update it. Finally installer worked to get me to 2.0.4.0
