Thanks - I was able to complete the mission.

I've done this mission many times, but I can't currently complete it, even though I have 13 spare slots in my warehouses. When I try, I get "You cannot turn in this quest without more room in your inventory". I've tried logging out, switching civilizations, game scan, but still the problem persists.
