I know. That's why I keep them in defensive stance. However, it did work with aggressive stance - attack move before and it's pretty annoying that it doesn't anymore. :/

That's the problem, they don't. If they are doing any action, they won't stop to heal other units. Only when they are standing still in defensive stance.

Hey there! I have the same problem. I played dozens of times in the last few days and my score doesn't seem to increase. I only played solo and haven't experienced any crashes yet. (at least not in Crete) I've tried it on multiple difficulties and on multiple maps but nothing changed.
