Have you tried abandoning and reaccepting the quests? This fixes 99% of problems ;)
You can take it off and put it on other units at any time, once you equip it tho you cannot trade it anymore. so pick your civ wisely :cool:
Offline mode is mostly for making your own scenarios and stuff, or playing a few random things when you got no internet. Play online mode, thats...

Decided to add non-legendary versions of the quests aswell with an elite mode, like the Lodi pack :)
There will be quite a few mini-game arena quests, not just 1. also we're working on a skirmish rework :)
The players wont be the only ones in champion mode, the AI will too. So they won't have elite units and those high multipliers etc, gear doesnt...
