It'd be great to see these in Vanity Island, PF2K! Slyrevick, I don't think that time-limitee events are right for these, or that they should be "exclusive" in some way other than maybe price. Town Centers, Trade Docks and Houses don't scream "exclusive" to me. They're just cool buildings to have.
