@ AdrinMonk59 - There is a "listing fee" (the 10% of sell to vendor price), and an unspecified fee (5%) taken out of the final sale.

I sold something for 1500c, paid the 10c fee to list out of pocket, and had 1425c returned to me after the sale (75c removed in fee).

Somehow the fee is not calculated correctly. I added a stack epic gold deposits. The vendor price is 400c, so the fee should be 40c. This is correctly displayed when addig the item. However I set my price to 3950c. After it was purchased I received 3752c, which makes a fee of 198c (which is nearly 5 times the expected fee).
