two pairs of more powerful wheels

I don't know if there are any other posts before but I was wondering how it was possible that the technology of the Babylonian iron wheels does not also give a boost to their palintonon, a little more buff I don't think it makes them irresistible, it would be a nice thing to do in my opinion.
Also missing the total war upgrade that specifies all military units should also include a small buff for the siege tower tanks as well
