Rename Spartan.exe yet make the game still work?

Hello All,

I have a weird problem due to the way my graphic cards are setup on my laptop. It has two graphics card and one is for gaming. Unfort ati video card driver thinks Spartan.exe is a web browser because it use to be system file on windows 8 so it doesn't enable the gaming graphics card due to that. Unfort when I rename the file I am not able to play online only offline. Is there a work around?
