    The Norse Melee Scout's build time of the Barracks is not affected by Lucky Lookout Leucon, which increases the build time of other scouts.

    The Norse melee scout normally builds at 50% of villagers' speed. Did you take this into account?

    Yes. I compared it's build time to an Axe Thrower with and without Leucon - It builds at the exact same rate as the Axe Thrower regardless of whether or not Leucon was equipped.

    The Norse Range scout built an outpost significantly faster then both the Villager (Equipped with a Blessed Hammer of Construction) and far faster then the Axe Thrower.

    My guess is Leucon modifies "Watch Post Construction Speed" like the Quick Build Watch Post Scout Special
