Co op quest (not selected) prohibits completion.

    Last night I did a co op babylon quest, but did not accept the mission first. (Old game it would select it and add it to active quests) when the quest was completed I had to exit because it did not let me turn in the quest. Now it will not let me select the quest to Re do it and make it active. When selected, it never turns in to an active quest. I believe the same thing happened with a capital city active quest. So I have 2 now I can' move forward on.

    Have you tried looking through your log and abandoning the quest there? It could be that it was added.

    It won' let me accept it, how can I abandon a quest I haven' accepted?

    I have the same bug now, did you resolve it? Or is this quest still blocked?

    I had the same problems multiples times ( with legendary / repeatable quests).
    The problem was fixed (everytime) by login out and login back again.

    But I don't won't if it's the same for "normal/non-repeatable quests"

    okay, I read jeinx description of his bug again and i think mine was different.
    i played holy man legendary, but was not qualified for the quest, because i didn't do the tarsos questline on that civ. after the mission i did the tarsos questline and unlocked the mission, but couldn't select the quest.
    It turned out, that the quest was just on cooldown and i could select it after 12 hours.

    I believe this was a very old bug that was fixed years ago. If you have similar issues, create a new bug report.
