City Decoration!

Hello,
I would like to make two suggestions pertaining to decoration;

First, and this is covered by a thread half a year ago, the purchase of decorations using coin rather than EP, and if possible the addition of more decorations like buildings and so on.

Secondly, could it be possible to remove the "civilization X only" restriction from decoration such as the Grand Architect's Masterpiece (Celt Only)... This believe would be fitting for Rome, and could allow the creation of Roman cities with spoils of other civilizations, or quarters where the foreigners and slaves -I mean "volunteer workers- live.
