Chain of repair orders

    When a builder has completed a building, if there is another nearby construction in progress, he takes the initiative to continue it automatically.

    On other versions of AoE, this mechanic is also present for a repair order, but unfortunately this is missing on AoE online.

    Adding this behavior would be nice.
