Can't play in co-op from yesterday

Hello
From yesterday, I can't play in coop with my friend, or another people.

If another people launch a coop, we are automaticly separed
And if I try to launch a coop, I have the message : your city need to be level 3 for launch a co-op (I'm lvl 40...), and I play coop from 1 month without problem.

Depuis hier, je ne peux plus jouer en co-op, ni avec mon ami, ni avec personne.
Quand je lance une partie, j' ai un message me disant que ma civilisation doit etre au moins de niveau 3 pour lancer une partie en coopération, alors que je suis de niveau 40. Je joue en coop depuis 1 mois, sans aucun probleme.
Si c'est mon ami qui lance la partie, on est automatiquement séparé du groupe
