Minor UI bug with empire vault

    The space right beneath the Empire Vault popup blocks mouse clicks, which makes interacting with the inventory weird. Specifically, you can only click on the bottom half of certain icons to have it work. See attached screenshot for the exact position that is broken.

    You can move the Empire Vault window by grabbing top of window and move elsewhere on your screen, happens with some stores also. It will remain in new position while you're on same region, once you change a region it will revert back. Would be nice if all windows remained in given positions, but heck it's minor. hth
