    Since my last updates on Jan 2018, after i was unable to updates & play on this "Sparta xLive.dll" version.
    Yes i can run & play on "Legacy xLive.dll" but my problem is unable to see my friends & to play with them, several quest are my pending for these issue.
    I had also tried & to fixed through our forum troubleshoot, but its doesn't help anything on my window7 ultimate.

    if you done all of the troubleshooting solutions. i suggest delete the whole game and download it with 2.0.3.2 on Spartan Xlive.dll

    hum strange does your windows have all lasted update installed into windows update ?

    That DLL is part of Visual C++ 2015
    Must have Win7 Service pack 1 installed

    Thanks Ryddag very much the initial link u had given its work, i fixed the error through my IT person. It was windowupdate disabled on services, the person guided me online.

    i have a same problem.. also i have windows 8.1 pro .. can anybody help ?
    "xlive.dll missing" all permissions are open, all updates loaded.. all all all bla bla.. was blaed..

    Really ... Does anyone know how to solve this problem?:(

    ( The game is not supported in our region in steam.. Could xDlive issue be related to this?? I could play before the updates )

    ok.. I finally ... wait for it... solved the problem. But how??:confused:

    first of all ... setup the last version of aoeo and patch and all of the other things from the link

    after than.. setup the old version of aoeo .. as you remember name was project penelope
    from here

    than... Ta ta ta taaaaa! problem solved. ;)
