lv 20 civilizations or non rare or legendary gear civilzations for offline skirmish

offline skirmish is the fastest way to play some matches againts ai plus you can play as any civ but you are forced to play with a lv 40 civ with those golden/legendary gear and honestly i wish there was a way to disable it or play with a lv 20 civilization with standard gear instead in wich units reflect their portraits.now i can play against ai logged in but that presents two problemsroblem number one is that i cant play as any civ and problem number two is that i am gonna have to sit through 4 loading screens:first load the menu then load the capital city then load island of cyprus then the final loading screen,all in all its pretty cumbersome and sure aoeo celeste doesnt take forever to load but still it would be nice if we got at least the option to play without the golden/legendarygear in some form or another in offline mode.
