You locate to the installed path of your original game files, e.g. if you installed via steam then it would be something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age Of Empires Online then you go into DATA then usually you need to create a folder in data, call it AI. Then you can copy+paste the AI files in there and you should be able to find it in offline mode Hope this helps
