Unable to play message You have reached the maximum number of active quests

Hello,
I can no longer play with my Roman civilization level 40.
An error message tells me
"You have reached the maximum number of active quests, abandon some of the quest card before accepting additional quests"

The problem is that I can no longer reach any menu, the pop-up blocks me.

Thank you very much if you have a way to unlock this and so that I can play my Romans again.

je ne peu plus jouer avec ma civilisation romaine niveau 40.
Un message d'erreur me dit
" Vous avez atteint le maximum de quêtes actives abandonner certaine de la carte de quête avant d'accepter des quêtes supplémentaires "

le probleme je ne peu plus parvenir a aucun menue le pop up me bloque.

Merci beaucoup si vous avez un moyen pour débloquer cela et pour que je puisse rejouer à mes romains.

 

Yes of course I tried but even if I manage to open the menu it is impossible to select a quest and therefore to abandon it
