SOLVED Restart from level 1

Hi everyone,

Sorry for bad english, i'm French
Coming back to game after few years, microsoft was still on the game.

We created a new account with a friend, and decided to go with Persians, but we start both level 20.
Is it normal or is it our civ saved from this long ago ?

Question : is it possible to delete a civ to restart level 1 ?
We have to go thru the tutorial to get back in the game, and we would love to play Persian but not starting level 20
