Not getting my rewards (Crete and more)

Hi there

When playing Crete, there's probably only a 20% chance for me to get the my rewards after.

When chosing which of the 3 materials I want, I always get the exp (for civs under lvl 40), but only maybe 1 out of 5 times I get the materials and the chests. This has a problem for maybe 2 months, it worked as intended earlier. It's getting very frustrating.

If a dev or something see this, can you please have a look at it? I've asked a few times in chat, it doesn't seem others are having this problem, which is weird.

I always choose marble, tools or wood, then hit the complete quest button. When it works, I get exp, 4-5 chests, and the chosen material. But mostly I only get the exp, NOTHING else.

 

Yes, that's not the problem. Plenty of room available.
