As the topic says - I suggest an feature where we can unbound Legendary (or any) items for a EP-cost, as a way to make the EP more useful again. It can be expensive ofc, but for some items it will be worth it for some.

If it's a fairly sizeable EP cost I feel it would be fine.

Sounds good, we've discussed this before long ago. The unfortunate side effect would be on the wares you are trying to sell. Consider overnight hundreds more entering the market, competing for the coin you are trying to gain by the sales. With the goal of the exclusive event items we release 3x a year competing as alternates for current occupied spots, I'm not sure this option would be a good one for the economy. There are more uses for EP on the way.
Consider every single Zahhak sword that ever dropped being potentially sellable.
Is a good idea though, not trying to discourage you.

I don't really get many of the "ruin the market" arguments since all years I followed this game the value of items fluctuated like CRAZY all the time (supply and demand can't really get to broken). The bigger issue is the overflow of coins if anything, but I'm sure both Bahrams lottery and the new Moe's will do wonders for that.

More and cheaper Zahhak swords i.e would be a fresh breeze to this games market more than anything else (as it is now only the richest of the rich can afford them) - especially for newer player that had not the chance to get them.

Also - sometime you gear/bind items and realize you were an fool and should used it on another civ, even more so when new one comes - and this would make a solve for that problem, that I'm sure many has.

This would be good if you can strike a middle ground somehow - You can still move the unbound gear between civilisations, but you cannot sell them on the market or in trade or through the mail or whatever as a countermeasure. At the same time, I think if such a feature could exist, it already would have been implemented into the game. At the moment I only see equipment that can be equipped and sold, or cannot - no middle ground, so there might have to be some technical work behind the scenes.

No less than 5k ep. if you want to unbound then you better be paying months worth of VoK and Clusium

(reposted because stugan ignored it and deleted his own Necro post)

Why would you not need one of the best soldiers gear pieces on a civ that's been out less than a week but need it on civs you've had for 3-7 years? Surely they're all at 800+ gearscore. And why is it bound? Did you equip it then realise you didn't want it?

Jeinx was right about this at the time. It would have to be 1000EP or even more to not ruin the value of everything other than the bahram items.

Elassi's suggestion about being able to utilise your vault for bound gear, just not be able to trade or mail would be less dangerous for the economy though and achieve all the things you should want to be able to unbind for. Even still, it would have to be at a big cost and/or be a timed consumable type of add-on to the item otherwise you only need the gear for one civ give or take a few bits, to flesh out all of them, forever, if you're a true min-maxer.

Coming soon, should hit 40 tonight from either pvp or quests then start playing all civs pvp with mostly Indians for a week or two, then back to playing them like any other civ :D BUT I will be doing a fair bit of Indian PvE too of course

Sorry for no youtube stuff yet, uploading a backlog of games I did as Babylonian in PvE just before the new civ release

Please don't use this thread as a chat for other stuff. I delete and repost to try to get attention to it again:

I want to remind that this feature would be appriciated. I already got a MAG on my Indians (and will get another when Roman gauntlet quest is done) I must dismantle as useless - I would much rather move it to another city which still needs some love. For most players if got only one or few Bahram item(s) I'm sure this would be very much wanted also.

I'd suggest a lower cost to unbound an item so you can put it on the vault and move to other civs within your Empire, but not be able to sell or trade to others - and a higher price to be able to unlock completelly. Or at least one of the two suggestions.
