SOLVED Unable to Install DirectPlay on window 7

    The game launches, but is a black screen before crashing. The Windows Features helper doesnt work due to an unknown error.
    Tried:
    - Manually installing DirectPlay. (Missing from optional features)
    - Checking for windows updates
    - Disabling AntiVirus

    DirectPlay is only for windows 8 and more, on windows 7 you don't need it (its an standard windows features and not an optional one)
