   It would be really helpful if quests still showed up on the questgiver, but with a flag for how long is left on the cooldown.

   This has been suggested even back from old game. I'm not exactly sure of the intricacies and details regarding how easy it is or isn't to impliment, but we are aware of this Q.O.L. improvement opportunity. Thank you
