Small aoedb rarity extension error

    The files

    items/1329.html
    items/type/GearPriest.html
    items/1329/39.html
    traits/1329/39.html

    get generated with the rarity extension being "uA" instead of "ua"

    which results in the erroneous file names "Talisman_U11_uA.png" and "Talisman_U11_uA.html"

    and the trait icon not being found:
