I was just curious. Certainly Microsoft has been monitoring the game's reincarnation from Project Penelope through Project Celeste but has Microsoft ever said anything formal to us ??? Are they happy to see such fan loyalty ??? Are they "quietly" encouraging us to continue developing the game further ??? Not important but just curious.

    2. Microsoft is happy about profit and business sales. They're more focused on active games supported by Microsoft Studios, including the ones featured on Xbox. The fact that they historically laid off Ensemble Studios and shut down AOEO servers in 2014 shows that money triumphs over any nostalgic values, such as fan loyalty.
