Message box constantly appearing

A message box constantly pops up during quests, and after i get to a new map location (quest map). The message reads "You are not eligible for this quest". During quests, I think it pops up every time I get XP.
It's recent, maybe the last game update caused it. I only have used the norse, and my capital it's lvl 40. I tried abandoning every quest in the quest map, and loging out and in

This is a known issue - it is a side effect of the current state of the Indian civilization's implementation, and it will be resolved automatically once the civilization is released (in less than 2 weeks).

In the meantime, a temporary workaround for this is to restart your game when you want to switch to a different civilization, instead of logging out.

I have the same issue. I am keep getting the same box as well. Did you found the fix for it? It's very annoying. It was not happening up until past week. It started happening after the last 2 updates.

As I said in my post above, it will be resolved when the Indian civilization is released next week.
