Level 17 Civ does not have access to Event quests

Hi,

In the recent hotfix the level requirement was lowered from 20 to 10, however on my Greek civ (level 17) this does not seem to have completely taken effect.



I got the quest from Pollux, and went to Imotep. These were the only quest offered. The notice board in the south had the full selection of quests.

Maybe related, I do not have access to the quests in Babylon to defeat the Medians (I was going to try do some of these quickly to get the last 3 levels I need).
