Items all drop and have other shop or crafted alternatives so doesn't make sense to have a shop sell dropable items, no other shop items are like that. Here are the alternatives for each item to save people time researching what to pick up instead.


Athena's Blessed Tunic of Defense: lvl 35 - 73.4% health - Cloth Armor - 2.5k coins

• Cheap Alternative - Delian Adept's Robes: 49.6% health, 26.5% Pierce Armor - 1.7k coins at Delos General Store
• Similar defensive ability Alternative - Punic Runic Tunic - 61.6% health, 18.7% pierce armor, 12.2% melee infantry armor - crafted item material cost is about 3k, ask in trade for someone to make it for you.
• Similar defensive ability Alternative: The Emperor's Finest Robe - 61.6% health, 10.7% pierce armor, 16.3% bonus dmg protection - 2.1k at Elegant Epic Eschutcheons, maybe 5k for that shop too
• Closest alternative: Lvl 40 Athena's Bless Tunic of Defense: 82% health roughly. Usually 1-5k on market.

Athena's Golden Gorget: lvl35 - 55.3% health, 11.6% dmg - Light Armor - 1.8k coins

• Cheap alternative: Horse Guard Flank Plates - 45.1% health, 4.1% damage - 1.1k coins at Respecatable Rare Ramparts
• Similar health/dmg - The High King's Horse Armor - 61.6% health, 12.2% crush armor, 7.5% crit - crafted, material cost is about 3k

Athenian Champion's Arrows: lvl 35 - 10.4% dmg, 4.2% health - Arrows - 1.8k coins

• Alternative: Cyprus Champion Arrows - 9.3% dmg, 3.2% crit, 3.2% health - 3k coins from Cyprus Equipment Store

Athenian Champion's Fire Pot: lvl 30 - 56.3% dmg, 15.0% ship bonus dmg - Fire Pot - 1.5k coins

• Alternative - Naphtha-Filled Bag - 61.6% dmg, 6.1% crit, 18.7% ship bonus dmg - Crafted item, material cost is about 3k

Athenian Champion's Plate Armoring: lvl 35 - 64.1% health, 11.6% bonus dmg protection - Armor Plating - 1.8k coins

• Alternative: Normally you prefer to go for either Runic Heavy Bronze Armoring for health and range, or Barinthu's Heavy Siding for Health and Damage.

But if you want pure defense then options are:

• Hephaestus Carved Plating - 73-86% health - drop, trades on Marketplace for 1-4k
• Blessed Lion-Hide Covers - 61.6% health, 10.7% pierce Armor, 20.5% splash dmg reduction - 1.8k at Elegant Epic Eschutcheons shop - about 5k for that shop on the marketplace.

Athenian Champion's Ram - lvl 35 64.1% dmg, 5.8% health - Ram Head - 1.8k coins

• Health option: Ram Head of Aries - 61.6% dmg, 18.7% building bonus dmg, 6.1% helath - 2.1k coins from Exuisite epic edges, about 5k for that shop
• Full health/defense option: Council Acolyte's Ram - 45.9% health, 33.6% melee-infantry armor 700coin at Farafra General Store
• General Alternative: Delian Preceptor's Ram Head - 61.6% health, 22.4% building bonus dmg, 12.2% pierce Armor - 2.9k at Delos General Store

Athenian Champion's Siege Arm - lvl 30 - 39.7% dmg, 11.3% building bonus dmg - Throwning Arm - 1.5k coins

• General Alternatives: Any lvl 40 throwing arm on the Marketplace, also the Themis Arm of Justice which is crafted for about 3k material cost.
• Building bonus dmg alternative: Arm of Atlas - 34.2% dmg, 28.4% building bonus dmg, 7.0% crit - 2.1k coin from Exquisite epic edges shop - get shop for 5k from market usually

 

Added the lvl 40 athena's tunic, silly to not have that, though alternatives will probably be easier/cheaper to get. High kings Armor is indeed excellent alternative for the Gorget. I occasionally used the arrows for fishing and transport ships, but the Cyprus arrows are solid option instead. Rest I never used, there were better options once you were lvl 40, though they could be ok upgrades while levelling up.

A number of the close alternatives are from the EEE stores, so are little harder/more expensive to get with the visiting of other cities disabled at the moment which isn't ideal but not a big issue with more alternatives also available.
