I agree with RTS & Bear ESC definitely lets you finish in PVE, OK you are alone and the Co op partner can get in the way, but at least you can finish. Sometimes you can get back to normal (rarely) but "OK" dumps you 100%. Never tried F10 as this problem was in the orig MS game all those years...

I have say I am fecking amazed at the level of detail , art and the works that the team is able to do. It's incredible ..... pity I just got informed that possibly I can go home for 2 days over xmas so a small wait for me for the Romans is nothing. Patience is a virtue and I got a lotta virtue...

I invested a lot of EP in my vault, I use emails to myself and find my log in / out is really now mostly for trying quest tactics with different civs .... but then I generate a lot of EP with elite easies .... the old favourites give me a lot of EP , as each map is slightly different I never get...

If you press ESC key at least you have a 50:50 chance to continue, many times alone ... sometimes it works

I have a dexterity problem, but I find Leg Cata to fit your play style , watch a few Utube vids, knock out the fortress take their base on the right, knock out their docks north and you can take as long as you want ... they only spawn docks in the bay north .. 1 ship can stop them .... max...

For me loot / gear is only part of the game, a bad strategy with top of the range gear will only take longer to find out how bad the strat is or scrape through with a win , if it was only gear to beat legs .... and beat always , well I might feel good for a couple of days ... but then ...

I am glad you changed your mind, a subtle part of the game is choosing that which you wanted to change. But I have a tip , we get free access to the global storehouse vault , or we can email to ourselves ... so moving stuff between civs is a easy thing to do. (Celts are the only metalworkers )...
