Register without launcher

Hello there, I am currently trying to run aoeo on Linux with lutris (https://github.com/Toetje585/Age-of-Empires-Online-Lutris).

However, I need login credentials to start the game, but it comes without the launcher, so that I see no possibility to register.

Is there some way to register with ProjectCeleste on Linux?
